Mrs. Lawson’s Classroom News March 8, 2013 753-5022 Stacey.lawson@murray.kyschools.us In the Classroom: For the week of: March 11-15 Phonics: Our letter for the week is Qq Reading: St. Patrick’s Day Math: Addition, Subtraction, comparing numbers, counting, sorting, and graphing, counting by 5s, and number words Theme: Saint Patrick’s Day Home Connections: Spring Swing is March 15th from 5:30-7:30. Spring Swing is our Spring Carnival Fundraiser This is one of the most exciting activities at MES. We have games, food, auctions, and fun. Our basket looks great. Our PTO rep has outdone herself. Thank you so much Brittany. Thanks to everyone who has sent in items and helped get them ready. Raffle tickets will be on sale soon. There are some amazing baskets! We will have several items in the silent auction. All the money from the silent auction will be returned to our classroom. Thanks for your bids.
